Grace Episcopal School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Fourth Grade Teacher to join our team for the 2025-26 school year. This full-time position plays an important role in fostering the emotional, social, and academic growth of our students, guided by our mission of “honoring the gift of childhood.”

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that supports each child’s unique needs.
• Encourage social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development through hands-on learning experiences.
• Establish strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to support student success.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and enriching classroom environment.
• Participate in continued professional learning opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a field related to education or child development
• Experience working with upper elementary children.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning experience.
• Commitment to professional growth and collaboration.
• Successful completion of required screenings and trainings.
