Nobles seeks an enthusiastic science (biology) teaching fellow for a full-time, one-year position to begin in late August 2025. No prior teaching experience is required to be considered for this position, but a strong background in science and demonstrated interest in working with young people are essential. Candidates should be adept at communicating effectively, both orally and in writing.
The science teaching fellow will teach and/or support two sections of science with the guidance of a lead teacher. They will also observe classes in the department and provide class coverage as needed.Additionally, Nobles looks for multifaceted educators eager to contribute significantly to the life of the school in at least one non-academic area (e.g., athletics, community service, admissions, or performing arts) outside of their teaching. The science teaching fellow will contribute to the afternoon program each season (fall, winter, and spring). Experience playing high school and/or college athletics is a plus.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in biology or a related field
