Tower Hill School is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Director of Leadership Giving and Donor Relations to start in July 2025. This position reports directly to the Director of Advancement, collaborating closely on the development of major and capital gift strategies and the leadership of the advancement program as it builds a strong culture of philanthropy throughout the School and community, and directly supervises the staff of the Advancement Office (coordinator and events manager, annual fund director, alumni director, and data manager). This person will direct leadership solicitation of all constituencies as well as related cultivation and stewardship activities that align with the School’s mission and strategic vision.
