Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate math instruction aligned with independent school best practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, supporting students’ academic and social-emotional growth as a grade-level advisor.
- Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining clear communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in professional development, faculty meetings, and school community activities.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold safety and security standards.
- Strong understanding of pedagogy and best practices in education.
- Ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons using diverse methods.
- Effective classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and technology integration skills.
