St. Andrew's Episcopal School is seeking a visionary and dynamic Girls Volleyball Program Director for the 2025-2026 school year. The position offers a tremendous opportunity to build on a program that has strong participation numbers at a leading independent school in one of our nation’s fastest-growing cities. The successful candidate will work under the direct supervision of the Director of Athletics and will work closely with the entire Athletics team and the Head of Upper School to deliver a high-quality Girls Volleyball experience for players and coaches.
In addition to serving as the Head Varsity Coach, the successful candidate will also be the Girls Volleyball Program Director. They will provide leadership, supervision, and organization for the entire Girls Volleyball program.
We will give preference to candidates with previous Head Coaching experience or significant leadership experience at a quality program. The next Girls Volleyball Program Director must exemplify the highest standards of professionalism, leadership, and sportsmanship. Above all, the Girls Volleyball Program Director should love working with adolescent athletes, recognize the power and importance of mentorship, lead by example, and support young women in the development of their character and values.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience developing Girls Volleyball programs and players.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of technical and strategic aspects of the game of Girls Volleyball.
Experience leading and coordinating a team of coaches.
Ability to communicate effectively with athletes, coaching staff, and parents.
Ability to teach, lead, motivate student-athletes.
Proven organizational and management skills.
Desire to cultivate strategic relationships with area athletic organizations.
Desire to organize and host a Girls Volleyball clinic for Lower and Middle School St. Andrew’s students.
Desire to organize and host a Girls Volleyball summer camp on campus.
Desire to team with our Admissions staff to communicate with prospective families
