Grace Episcopal School is seeking a warm, collaborative, and dedicated Assistant Kindergarten Teacher to support our lead Kindergarten teacher. This position plays a key role in fostering a nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environment that aligns with our mission: to honor the gift of childhood.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the lead teacher with daily instruction and classroom management
Collaborate with lead teacher to develop small group ELA and math lessons
Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
Foster the social, emotional, and academic growth of students
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Participate in playground supervision, school events, and ongoing training

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (early childhood, elementary, or related field) or relevant experience; degree in education preferred
