SUMMARY:
The Admissions Coordinator will be the first point of contact for prospective families and is a critical conduit of information between the school and prospective families and students. As a welcoming and integral part of the Admissions and Enrollment Management team at Turning Point School, the Coordinator employs best practices to support all aspects of Admissions operations and processes, providing project management of communications, projects, and events.

Regular hours for the position are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. A robust, comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, FSA, and retirement plan. Competitive compensation salary within the range of $28.84 to $32.69 per hour, depending on experience.
This is a full-time, in-person, non-exempt position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prospective Family Experience
Coordinate school tours, family meetings, and admissions events
Respond to inquiries and ensure communication is timely, welcoming, and consistent
Assist with new family onboarding and maintain relationships with feeder schools
Admissions Operations & Systems
Manage the admissions calendar, appointment scheduling, and event logistics
Maintain application portals, forms, and checklists in Veracross
Track application progress, generate reports, and manage department receipts
Collaborate with communications to keep website and marketing materials current
Data, Materials & Documentation
Prepare materials for prospective families, events, and interviews
Review and manage student records and required documents
Create and distribute admissions surveys and compile results
Organize student files and support division heads with onboarding
Community Engagement & Representation
Support the student ambassador program and help lead student tours
Represent the school at admissions fairs and outreach events
Coordinate with internal teams to create a seamless experience for applicants
General Support
Occasionally assist at the front desk and with the phone system
Support with administrative tasks and departmental projects
Be available for occasional evening/weekend events
