Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Generalist serves as the first point of contact for employees of The School. With independent decision making, the incumbent performs a wide range of Human Resources services with moderate complexity and participates in various HR projects. Interacts with all levels of management and staff regarding a variety of HR issues, responds to employee inquiries, and interprets University policies appropriately. Working closely with the HR Director, the incumbent partners with academic and non-academic directors/managers on all aspects of the recruitment process, including temporary staffing, onboarding, and offboarding of full-time staff.
