Lakeside School, an independent coeducational day school located in North Seattle, is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Foreperson. This person is part of a facilities team that is managed by the  Facilities Director. The Maintenance Dept. is primarily responsible for the maintenance, repair and upkeep of buildings that make up our Upper School, Middle School, Boat house in Kenmore and residences used as rentals for teachers and staff employees.  Other tasks are caring for all landscaping, athletic fields, playgrounds, walkways and parking lots.  All employees are expected to familiarize themselves with the school policy focusing on the School Mission Statement and Statement of Community Expectations.
