Position Summary: The Assistant Head / Dean of Faculty works in close partnership with the Head of School and other senior school leaders to advance the mission of St. George’s School through leadership and oversight of faculty recruitment, workload, evaluation, hiring, retention, and growth within a boarding school environment.
