Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Summary The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for the stewardship, safety, and security of all facilities throughout the year. The Maintenance Technician ensures that building codes and emergency procedures are reviewed, communicated, and followed. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with the operation and the maintenance of all equipment in the facility. This equipment includes, but is not limited to all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, HVAC, vehicles, boilers, fire pumps, elevators, and lifts. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining an online work order system that tracks when facilities requests and maintenance projects are received,
