Job Summary
Tallulah Falls School is seeking a full-time Club Swim Program Administrator/Aquatics Coordinator that will manage all areas of the club swim program including coaching and coordinating the program. In addition, this position will also assist the Natatorium Director with various supervisory duties.

Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Club Swim Program Administrator:
Head coaching the club swim team
Communicating with club swim team members and their guardians
Scheduling and coaching club practices and meets
Leading high level training sessions that fulfill the needs of the members
Develop goals and track progress towards the goals for club members
Establish a positive culture based on TFS school values
Coordinating the club program’s travel and registrations including Summer Swim League
Managing the club’s budget, including invoicing
Recruiting for the club program-including meeting with prospective members and actively promoting the club program in the community
Retaining current members by building positive relationships with the swimmers and their guardians
Advising and advocating for members who desire to swim at the collegiate level
Seeking opportunities to grow the club swim program
Aquatics Coordinator:
Supervising the lifeguards in the absence of the Natatorium Director
Monitoring the teenage lifeguard staff, conducting skill and training audits, weekly swim requirements, and instituting disciplinary actions, when necessary
Helping schedule lifeguards for daily/weekly shifts and tasks
Planning, scheduling and implementing monthly required In-Service trainings
Coordinate all competitive swim meets along with understanding and implementing all technological needs associated
Assist with planning, executing and instructing Lifeguard Training, and CPR/First Aid classes as needed
Other duties include:
Assist with PE, resident student and grade level swim programs, as needed and when available.
Help oversee Special Events for resident students
Implement Intramural Aquatic Sports, and after school aquatics clubs for TFS Students
Develop additional extracurricular activities to enhance the student’s swimming experience
Approve time, in the ND’s absence
Monitor the Natatorium, Athletic and Master Calendars to help coordinate Natatorium Functions and activities
Track pool usage and Staff Hours
Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications
High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Preferred)
Minimum of 2 years experience working in an Aquatic environment
1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
Possess current American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor Certification, or possess the ability to acquire Certification
Display knowledge of budgeting principles and financial record keeping
Must be a member in good standing of USA Swimming, or possess the ability to acquire necessary Certifications
Standard Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit and/or stand for an extended period of time
Must be able to bend, reach, lift and climb
Must be able to constantly operate a computer, and other office machinery, such as calculator, copy machine, computer printer.
Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions
Must be able to communicate and respond to questions from various levels with the organization
Must have manual dexterity sufficient to perform specified duties
Must be able to lift, carry, move and handle equipment, boxes weighing up to 20 pounds
Must be able to possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
