Salary Details:
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000. Placement within the range will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Candidates with less years of experience can expect placement toward the lower end of the range. This position offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a matching 403(b) retirement plan, and daily lunch.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, systems-minded, and collaborative Admissions & Enrollment Systems Manager to support our Admission Office. This position plays a key role in ensuring that data systems and processes run smoothly and contributes to the warmth and professionalism that families experience when connecting with San Domenico. The role strengthens the school’s ability to attract, enroll, and support students and families through accurate data management, thoughtful communication, and collaboration across departments.
This is a full-time, exempt role and reports to the Co-Directors of Admissions.
Key Responsibilities
This position manages the lifecycle of all admission and enrollment data, processes, and systems.
Data & Systems Management
Maintain and manage applicant, enrollment, and financial aid data across core platforms, including Ravenna, Veracross, Clarity, and Google Workspace.
Serve as the primary technical liaison with all database vendors for support, updates, functionality improvements, and new feature implementation.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all admission, enrollment, and financial aid systems.
Generate and maintain essential admission and enrollment dashboards, reports, and data exports to inform strategic decision-making and support financial aid analysis.
Coordinate and manage the transfer and integration of data to and from academic and other administrative offices (e.g., Business, Marketing, and Student Life).
Enrollment & Communication
Manage the enrollment contract process, from distribution and tracking to final collection. Oversee communication with families to ensure a smooth, timely, and accurate enrollment process.
Coordinate with the Business Office on processes related to tuition, fees, and enrollment deposits.
Provide dedicated support for Financial Aid data, working closely with the CFO and external providers to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and clear applicant communication.
Office & Event Support
Support the coordination of admission events (open houses, tours, and special programs) by managing all related data within the databases and providing occasional on-site support.
Perform related duties as assigned to ensure the Admission team and broader school community meet their shared goals.
Required Skills & Competencies
3-5 years of experience in data systems management or similar
Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to data accuracy and process integrity.
Strong facility with data systems, spreadsheets, and data analysis.
Proven ability to learn new technical platforms and tools quickly and independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a customer-service mindset when interacting with families and colleagues.
Ability to manage competing deadlines calmly and effectively while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential applicant and financial information.
Curiosity about new technology and a desire for process optimization.
Candidates with prior experience with Ravenna, Veracross, Clarity, Canva, and emerging AI tools will be viewed favorably.
A bachelor’s degree is required.
