The Operations Support role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations with a primary focus on staffing coverage and substitute management. This position oversees daily staffing needs, ensures appropriate substitute coverage, and supports compliance with licensing requirements and student-to-child ratios. The Operations Support team member serves as a hiring manager for substitute staff, supervises substitute performance, and maintains frequent early-morning and evening communication to support operational continuity.
