Position: Boys Lacrosse Assistant Coach

Reports to: Head Coach and Athletic Department

Position Type: Stipend, Spring Season (March 31 – May 22)

Position Summary

Forman School is seeking an Assistant Coach for the Boys Lacrosse program at the varsity

level. The Assistant Coach will work closely with the Head Coach to support all aspects of the

program, including instruction, skill development, team culture, and game preparation. This role

places a strong emphasis on mentorship, sportsmanship, and the holistic development of

student-athletes within Forman’s mission-driven community.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Prior playing and/or coaching experience at the high school, collegiate, or club level
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a coaching staff
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to student-centered coaching and positive youth development
• Ability to serve as a positive role model consistent with Forman School’s values
• Willingness to support Forman’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Successful completion of all required background checks and school onboarding requirements
