2nd Grade Teacher (online until Covid-19 vaccine/meds. available))
The Lang School is a progressive, private school for gifted and high potential learners diagnosed with learning challenges such as dyslexia, ADHD, anxiety, or high functioning autism – in other words, "twice exceptional" or "2e" learners. Our model is strengths-based, only employs empirically validated best practices, and runs on the assumption that "kids do well when they can." Each class is capped at 12 students, and all classes in grades K through 7th are co-taught. We have two openings for confident, inventive, warm teachers to co-teach our 2nd/3rd grade bridge class. Lang faculty enjoy exceptional onsite coaching; ample daily planning periods; ongoing school-funded professional development
