Business Manager
The Business Manager will be responsible for all finance functions of a nonprofit, K-8 independent day school in Lyme, NH.  He or she will serve as a member of the senior staff and have responsibilities including administering the annual $2M+ budget according to GAAP, financial reporting, revenue recording, risk management, internal controls, audit preparation, summer program support, financial aid determinations, and HR/benefits administration. He or she will interface with the Board of Trustees and work closely with the Finance Committee. The Business Manager will supervise staff including the Accounting and Human Resource Manager and the Manager of Buildings and Grounds.
