Job Summary: The Preventative Maintenance and Projects Coordinator reports to the Director of Buildings and Grounds and manages assigned special projects and develops and implements all preventative and program maintenance tasks for the school and residences. This includes, but is not limited to: maintenance and repairs of electrical; plumbing; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); carpentry; painting; fire-life safety and other building and grounds systems.
