Poly Prep seeks applicants for the position of Strength & Conditioning Coach for the 2024-2025 academic year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both interscholastic athletics and physical education, and will understand and demonstrate the role that athletics and physical wellness contributes to the holistic development of young adults. Candidates should be knowledgeable about fitness training and wellness, be able to articulate a long-term strategic vision for the strength conditioning program, and understand how fitness and athletics fits into a rigorous academic environment.
