Oak Hill Academy is seeking a resident manager for the girls’ dormitory. This person is responsible for providing supervision of the dorm residents while they are not in school and on weekends, while maintaining a positive living and learning environment. The resident manager lives in an apartment in the dormitory, and provides structure and mentoring to a group of young women under their care. A college degree is preferred, but not required.
The Academy provides a cash salary, on-campus housing and meals (including for family), and benefits.

Oak Hill Academy is a boarding school located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of southwest Virginia and enrolls girls and boys in grades 8-12.
