Under the Events Manager's direction, we seek motivated and detail-oriented Event Staff to assist in the setup, execution, and cleanup of various events. The ideal candidate will maintain proper setup and breakdown of event space, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure all guests have a positive experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up events according to the event orders and company standards.
Greet guests and assist with crowd management.
Ensure the cleanliness and proper setup of event areas.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or special requests.
Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth event execution.
Perform post-event cleanup tasks, including clearing dishes, cleaning tables, and storing equipment.
This is an in-person position.
Job Type: Per Diem / Part Time
Shift and Schedule: Weekends as needed / Evenings as needed

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
Experience in setting and executing events successfully.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly for event setup and breakdown.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience using cleaning tools and equipment for event space maintenance.
Strong customer service skills, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to work in various physical positions, including standing, sitting, and walking.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be proficient in English to carry out work as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Physical demands include dexterity in operating office machines and supplies, including, but not limited to, computers, telephones, electronic calculators, copy machines, facsimile machines, and printers. Stooping, bending, reaching for files or supplies, and sitting or standing for extended periods are common.
