Reports to:  Auxiliary Program Manager and Director of Camp Operations

Essential Functions:

• Follow the American Red Cross/American Heart Guide to Standard First Aid and the Virginia Department of Health First Aid Guide for School Emergencies for treatment of campers and staff
• Provide care in situations requiring medical assistance
• Keep records of all medical treatment provided
• Dispense and document medication administration
• Ensure all medication is received and documented correctly
• Maintain integrity of all medications by securing locked area with limited access
• Be responsible for inventory of medical supplies and refill supplies when needed
• Conduct regular Health and Safety rounds on campus
• Conduct follow up communication with parents and administration as needed
• Perform all tasks and follow all rules and regulations disseminated by the Camp Administration
• Have complete understanding and compliance with all policies set forth in Staff Handbook
• Attend Orientation Program and Staff Meetings
• Camp Dates: June 20 – August 11
