Parish Episcopal School is seeking an experienced Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) to advance the School's mission through strategic and effective fundraising initiatives. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on an educational community committed to excellence, inclusivity, and holistic student development.
The CAO will work closely with the Head of School and will be instrumental in leading an ambitious eight-figure comprehensive giving campaign. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the CAO will collaborate with the School and Endowment Boards and related committees to establish and maintain relationships with parents, grandparents, alumni, and other donors.
In this role, you will:
Develop and execute an annual advancement plan incorporating successful past structures.
Lead an eight-figure comprehensive campaign with strategic priorities in endowment, annual fund giving, and facility projects.
Manage, coach, and evaluate the Advancement team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
Personally manage a portfolio of high-capacity donors, nurturing relationships to increase philanthropic support.
Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing Team to develop materials and leverage analytics for marketing tools and opportunities.
