Flint Hill School is seeking a Director of Fine Arts to join the school in July 2024. The Director is a 12-month administrative staff member and will report to the Director of Academics. The Director of Fine Arts supervises and manages the curricular and event-driven activities for all JK-12 Performing and Visual Arts Programs at Flint Hill School.
The Director of Fine Arts is responsible for leading the school’s comprehensive JK-12 fine arts program and overseeing best practices for teaching and learning in the arts, including designing innovative curriculum. The Director also leads the performing arts programming and events for the school.
The Director of Fine Arts supports the experience of Flint Hill students and faculty and embraces the mission, vision, and core values of the school, the Flint Hill Statement of Institutional Equity and Inclusion and the Portrait of the Flint Hill Student.
