POSITION DESCRIPTION
St. Anne’s Episcopal School is pleased to announce an opening for a full-time Office Manager for the 2023-2024 school year.
The Office Manager will oversee the general administrative functions and activities of the office and be the first point of contact for the parents and students of our community.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
- Greets all visitors and guests upon their arrival
- Coordinates substitute teachers as needed and maintains a roster of available substitute teachers
- Assists with in-school event scheduling and logistics
- Answers phone, sorts and distributes mail, and provides support to other staff
- Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed
- Keeps track of student and faculty attendance and early release
- Helps manage and update the carpool and dismissal system
- Acts as the back-up to the health assistant in their absence
- Monitors front gate and security cameras
- Maintains notary public status and provides notary services to faculty, staff, parents, and school
- Other duties as assigned
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in an office support or administrative role
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with and within a culturally diverse student body, staff, and community
- Knowledge of office management procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Google Suite
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS
$55,000 - $65,000 Annually (Commensurate with Experience)
