School Summary
All Saints Academy was founded in 1966 as St. Paul's Episcopal Parish School under Father Gilbertson and Father Sturrup of Saint Paul's Episcopal Church. The school did not adopt its current name until 1993, when the middle and upper school portions of the facility were added, extending the grades serviced to grade twelve.

Position Summary
All Saints Academy, an independent, Episcopal school in Winter Haven, Florida, is seeking a full-time Assistant Athletic Director with proficiency in Microsoft suite, excellent organizational skills, Hands-on experience with office equipment, professional attitude and appearance, solid written and verbal communication skills, ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise, have multitasking and time-management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a customer service attitude.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Day to day management of the athletic activities for All Saints Academy as directed by the Director of Athletics.
Organize and coordinate the Annual Athletic Banquet.
Coordination of procurement and inventory of athletic equipment, uniforms, supplies etc. for the athletic department needs. This includes the administrative function of obtaining quotes, completing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
Coordinate with athletic photographers to produce and schedule team pictures, individual athletic pictures, senior banners for in season sports.
Create graphics for social media posts and video boards.
Coordinate, schedule and manage officials for all on campus athletic competitions.
Coordinate, schedule and manage team transportation needs for off campus competitions.
Practice and game day field preparation and setup for on campus competitions (Including some field maintenance and facility management).
Provide administrative coverage and supervision for on campus athletic events.
Required Weekly Meetings with Director of Athletics.
Attend School Staff/Faculty Meetings and Training as Directed.
Attend All Athletic Department Meetings as Directed.
Any additional duties or expectations should be discussed and approved by the Director of Athletics. This would apply but not limited to involvement in special projects, outside. solicitation of philanthropic funds and participation in anything beyond the above duties.
Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience with coaching and working with students and adults in an independent school environment is preferred.
Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft products.
Experience with Blackbaud including input of data and report generation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Assume other responsibilities as requested by the Head of School, including but not limited to the work assigned in executing the Strategic Plan.
