Founded in 1961, Austin Prep is an independent co-educational Catholic day school in the Augustinian tradition for students in grades 6-12. There are 800+ students enrolled in the school.
Austin Preparatory School is seeking a Director of the Integrated Learning, who is a visionary and a compassionate leader responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our innovative program for neurodiverse students. Education and Experience:
Master's degree or higher in Special Education, Educational Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in special education or inclusive education settings, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Deep understanding of neurodiversity and various learning differences (e.g., ADHD, anxiety, dyslexia, dyscalculia, executive functioning disorders).
Demonstrated commitment to inclusive education and ability to articulate its importance within a faith-based educational context.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
Knowledge of relevant educational laws and standards related to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Experience with curriculum development and instructional design for diverse learners.
