Choate Rosemary Hall seeks a full-time teacher of history with a start date of August 2025. Candidates must be able to teach U.S. History and World History, with additional expertise in areas such as Latine and Latin American Studies, Black Studies, and/or Economics preferred. Candidates should have a strong background in historical writing/research pedagogy as well as demonstrated ability to teach from a multicultural perspective. Additionally, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ways in which inclusive and equitable practices inform their approach to instruction and course design. Ideal candidates are expected to have a minimum of three years of teaching experience.
