Community School of Naples (CSN) is seeking Facilities Manager to begin as soon as possible. This full-time year-round position reports to CFO/ COO.
Facilities Manager directs the Facilities Department which consists of Maintenance, Grounds, and Transportation and responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the campus facilities. This position oversees the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and grounds, as well as manage the budget for facility-related expenses. Main goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment for our students, faculty, and staff. This position serves on the Building and Grounds Committee.

Qualifications and Experience
High school diploma required. Certification in Facilities Management preferred.
10+ years of experience in facilities management required; experience in educational facilities management preferred.
Extensive experience with air cooled chillers and a diverse echo system of various AC and plant control systems required.
Extensive experience with ice-based thermal storage cooling systems is required.
Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to present information to groups or an individual.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Physical Demands/ Ability to
Lift/ carry up to 50 lbs.
Stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
Sit at a desk while working on the computer.
Bend, twist, kneel, stoop, climb, balance on a regular basis.
Withstand outside weather conditions.
Detect and exchange accurate information.
Have close visual acuity to perform essential functions of the job.
Withstand a moderate noise level in the work environment.

The appointment is for a full-time, year-round position paid on salary basis, commensurate with experience and other qualifications.
