Mounds Park Academy (MPA), a top ranked independent PreK-12 private school in Minnesota, nurtures students through a rigourous college-prepartory program that develops dreamers and doers. MPA’s curriculum challenges students to apply their understanding to stir the human spirit, advocate for justice, and shake the world.

With a passion for MPA’s mission and values, the ideal candidate is collaborative and accessible with an ability to build trust across key stakeholders and has experience leading a customer-focused finance and operations team. As a senior administrator, the Chief Financial & Operations Officer is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing the organization, management, and implementation of all business, finance, technology, and facilities functions of the school.

Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000
