Scheck Hillel Community School, located in North Miami, Florida has an immediate opportunity for a strategic and experienced fundraising professional to join us as our next Director of Development. The Director of Development is instrumental in continuing our forward movement by spearheading our fundraising initiatives. Poised for our next step of growth, this position is responsible for all fundraising activities within the organization. Reporting to the Head of School, this leadership team member will serve as a key public face of Scheck Hillel while effectively working with community leaders, volunteers, and managing a professional staff.

Qualified candidates will have proven experience in creating, implementing, and managing a multi-faceted fundraising approach that includes successful capital campaigns, annual campaigns, endowments, grants, and other school related solicitations. Bachelors degree required. Experience working with the South Florida community preferred. Fluent Spanish language and advanced educational degrees a plus.
