St. George’s Independent School seeks a passionate, entrepreneurial, and hard-working individual who is energized by work with students and families to serve as Executive Assistant to Athletics beginning in July, 2026.

Duration: Annual Letter of Agreement
Minimum Education: high school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
Experience:
Relevant school experience required
Experience with Google suite required
Experience with Final Forms software, Veracross student information system, Ballfrog, and Eventlink preferred
The successful candidate will possess skills and experience that would include the ability to:
Control and coordinate records of emergency forms, physicals, student code of conduct, and parental permission forms for coaches and athletes in Final Forms
Handle day-to-day responsibilities of phone calls, scans, emails and scheduling of internal meetings for the athletic department
Help in managing the athletic director’s calendars, meetings, and appointments
Assist coaches with athletic banquets, awards, award ceremonies
Oversee the production and execution of special events, in conjunction with Athletic Director
Coordinate the handling of payments for officials through Arbiter Pay
Manage the athletic office, calendars, money boxes, and Arbiter accounts (Eventlink iPads)
Manage all aspects of money for the department (reports, deposits, payment of invoices, etc.)
Assist in budget planning for the athletic department (league fees, tournament payments, etc.)
Manage TSSAA with eligibility for coaches and students, recording schedules and other needs
Gameday operation duties and set-up
Game coverage including two- three nights per week and some weekends
Manage schedules in Eventlink and rosters for middle and upper school teams in Veracross
Manage schedules and rosters for upper school teams in TSSAA portal
Manage player eligibility in TSSAA portal
Attend weekly staff meetings
Promote a positive public image of St. George’s Independent School and the athletic department
Assist athletic director in the day-to-day functions of the school
Perform duties in a timely manner as determined by the athletic director
Manage varsity lettering process
Manage senior banners, yard signs, and senior nights
Other duties as assigned by the athletic director
Physical Requirements: Regularly sit, turn, bend, reach, walk, talk, hear, and interact with campus
visitors as well as others who telephone with or without accommodation. Must have the ability to
understand and present materials with constituents and co-workers in a harmonious manner.
