Berkeley Carroll is a Pre-K through grade 12 college preparatory school of close to 1,000 students located in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn in New York City. The Berkeley Carroll Middle School seeks a visual arts teacher for a full-time position beginning in the fall of 2025. Ideal candidates are practicing artists with a passion for education and teaching and a deep commitment to making the art world come alive for students. The candidate should be adept at balancing various art projects across drawing, painting, sculpture, and photography, integrating multiple disciplines to create a dynamic, interdisciplinary learning experience. They should be eager to inspire the full spectrum of student curiosity and engage as a collegial member of a highly collaborative arts department.
