The MacDuffie School, a college preparatory, boarding, and day school for grades 6-12 in Granby, MA, seeks a Senior Admissions Associate.

The successful candidate will develop a strategy for international recruitment, building relationships with international consultants and agents to enhance enrollment and retention efforts. They will manage a marketing and travel budget under the direction of the Head of School, and be responsible for international travel, and virtual recruiting events.

• A bachelor's degree and experience working in admissions at an independent school are required.
