The Pike School, a diverse PreK-9 community of 415 students on 35 acres in Andover (about 20 miles north of Boston), is seeking a dedicated and energetic Upper School Dean of Students. This individual will collaborate with and report to the Head of the Upper School (HOUS) and will primarily oversee student life and programming, ensuring a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive environment that fosters student growth and community engagement. The Upper School Dean of Students will play a pivotal role in shaping the student experience, promoting a culture of respect, responsibility, and resilience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic educational community. Salary and benefits are competitive. This is an 11-month position beginning August 1, 2025 and is a non-administrative team role.
