Position Description:
Town School for Boys seeks a part-time Level 1 support technician to support the Technology Team during peak morning hours of operation from 7:30-10 AM.
The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent communication skills and the ability to learn and adapt to technical challenges quickly.

Duties and Responsibilities of the job include:
Provide technical support to staff, faculty, and students
Answer questions in person, via phone or email on all school-supported applications and hardware
Troubleshoot issues and advise on appropriate action
Document resolutions in ticketing system for future reference
Maintain and troubleshoot Mac OSX, iOS, and Chrome devices and printers, and other peripherals
Support administration and faculty with AV setup and troubleshooting
Maintain inventory of department repairs and equipment loans
Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Frequently lift up to 30 lb. of computer equipment.
Crawl under or around furniture to adjust computer equipment.
Climb ladders and reach to adjust computer wiring and perform other tasks.
