The Harpeth Hall School seeks a Middle School Physical Education Teacher. The ideal candidate is a student-centered, creative PE teacher who is enthusiastic about working with middle school girls and is committed to innovative pedagogy and collaboration with colleagues. Excellent writing and communication skills are a requirement of this role.
In addition to experience teaching and coaching grades 5-8 physical education classes and competitive athletic teams, an interest in curriculum development, at least three years of full-time teaching experience, and a master’s degree are preferred. A bachelor’s degree is required. Harpeth Hall is committed to being an inclusive school community, and we seek educators who embrace our school values and who are dedicated to equity in all aspects of learning. The position is full-time and exempt and begins August 1, 2025.
