Virginia Episcopal School seeks to fill a full-time position in the World Language department for the 2025-206 academic year. A Bachelor’s degree is required. The successful candidate will have:
A degree in French is preferred.
Teaching experience in French is preferred.
Demonstrated strength and proficiency in the French language.
Demonstrated interest in and experience with student-centered educational practices.
Ability to enjoy adolescents and to engage and inspire them to strive toward their best in the classroom and community.
In addition, VES faculty members serve as an advisor to a small group of students, lead or support afternoon programs (arts or athletics), and support the residential life program as a member of a duty team or dorm parent.
