Seven Arrows Elementary School seeks a dynamic Senior Associate Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The Senior Associate Teacher is responsible for supporting all facets of learning along with the critical role of supporting the Lead Teacher.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Lead Teacher with facilitating learning and classroom management
• Grade and file student work, prep materials for lessons
• Supervise children during transitions and some specialty classes.
• Teach, plan, and facilitate small groups, including math classes
• Assist students when working independently
• Assist STEAM teacher during STEAM classes when needed
• Supervise students during lunch/snack as needed
• Deliver Digital Citizenship lessons with support from the Director of Innovation
• Share responsibilities to record and maintain school, classroom, and student information such as attendance, student assessments, and progress reports
• Attend faculty meetings
• Attend school related evening events and environmental programs
• Adhere to school hours for teachers which are 7:30 am – 3:30 pm M, W, TH, F and 7:30-5:00 on Tuesdays
• Attend events on 3 Saturdays if needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in education or related field, Master's degree preferred
• Multiple Subject Teaching Credential
• 3+ years of classroom experience
