We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 3rd and 4th-grade classroom teacher to join our mixed-grade elementary school community. As a team teacher, you will collaborate with a co-teacher to create an engaging and supportive learning environment for our students. Responsibilities include planning and implementing curriculum, assessing student progress, and communicating effectively with parents and staff.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children in the 3rd and 4th grade levels, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Experience in differentiated instruction, classroom management, and creating an inclusive classroom culture is preferred.
