The Carey School is a preschool to 5th grade independent school in San Mateo, California.  We specialize in early and elementary education and our mission is to inspire curious, confident and joyful learners.  The Carey School was founded in 1928 and the school has a deep history of educating young children on the SF peninsula.  Our faculty and staff are lifelong learners that are professional, collaborative, and have experience working with young students.
