 Lake Highland seeks an Admission Specialist to serve as a primary ambassador, guiding prospective families through the admission process and fostering meaningful connections with students and parents interested in joining the school community. This role supports all aspects of student recruitment, admission, enrollment, and retention for Grades 3&#8211;6, while collaborating with colleagues to advance enrollment goals and provide support across all grade levels. Additionally, this role serves as the Designated School Official (DSO) for all enrolled and prospective international students. 
 This is a full-time, fully benefited, 12-month, non-exempt position. We encourage applicants from underrepresented groups to apply. Education/Experience: 
 
 Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution required. 
 Minimum of four years of related professional experience required.&#xa0;

 Position Summary: 
 The Assistant Director of Admission is responsible for drafting strategies to increase applications and reach new applicant markets, for approval by the Director of Admission and Financial Aid. This position also assists with meeting the marketing needs of the Admission Office, works closely with the Director of Admission and Financial Aid on Trinity Preparatory international program, serves on the Admission committee, manages the Blue and Gold Society and assists in planning and attends admission office events. 
 This position requires the highest degree of professionalism and discretion in representing the School and managing confidential information.&#xa0;

 Duties and Responsibilities:  &#xa0; 
 
 Answers inquiry calls from families. 
 Provides   campus tours to prospective families, provides students with hosts for visitations and interviews and assesses applicants. 
 Responsible for overseeing and directing community engagement to increase applications 
 Member of the Admission Committee&#xa0; 
 Assists with international student enrollment process&#xa0; 
 Supervises/administrator for the ISEE exams and maintains placement information database including grades, test scores, addresses and phone numbers.&#xa0;&#xa0; 
 Manages re-enrollment for returning students, tracks re-enrollment numbers, reports status of returns on daily/weekly basis.&#xa0; 
 Assists families in processing their requests for financial aid. 
 Provides follow up and award results to families applying for financial aid. 
 Supervise and coordinate the Blue &#38; Gold Society Student Ambassador Program, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and event participation. 
 Assist with financial aid administration, including data uploads, record management, and process coordination within Clarity and Veracross. 
 Assist with international student administration and SEVIS compliance, including student record maintenance, documentation, and enrollment-related processes. &#xa0; 
 Assists with all event planning and setup for admission events. 
 Participates and attends appropriate organizational meetings and conferences when necessary as a Trinity Prep admission representative including the&#xa0; Winter Park Chamber of Commerce meetings to establish and promote relationships. 
 Act as an administrator at athletic events. 
 Other duties may be assigned. 
 
 Qualifications and Experience:&#xa0; 
 
 Bachelor&#39;s degree&#xa0; from four-year college or university; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position is responsible for the overall long term enrollment health and sustainability of the school.  Interview applicant families and students&#xa0;
