Tatnall is seeking an experienced and passionate science teacher to join our Upper School
(grades 9 -12). The ideal candidate can teach Biology and Environmental Science, should
be well-versed in current pedagogies of science, and interested in integrating the use of our
outdoor learning spaces into the curriculum. Special consideration will be given to
candidates who can contribute to student extracurricular life.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Appreciation for diversity in all its forms
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A student-centered approach to education
• Ability to work closely and collegially with students, faculty, administrators, and
  parents in a lively independent school setting.
