Francis W. Parker School is a renowned JK-12th grade independent day school. We are currently seeking an Admissions Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Admissions Office and ensure a positive and efficient experience for prospective families. This position manages essential operational tasks, serves as a key point of contact for inquiries, and supports the team in meeting enrollment goals. The Admissions Coordinator contributes to a welcoming and organized environment for all prospective families engaging with Francis W. Parker School.
Essential Functions:
Inquiry and Application Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for initial admissions inquiries (phone, email, and in-person), providing accurate information and directing inquiries as needed. Manage the initial stages of the application process, ensuring timely receipt and organization of materials.
Database and Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the admissions database (Finalsite Enrollment), including data entry, application tracking, and generating reports as needed.
Campus Visit Support: Coordinate and schedule campus tours and visits, including managing calendars, confirming appointments, and preparing necessary materials.
Communication and Correspondence: Draft and send routine correspondence to prospective families, schedule interviews and meetings, and manage email communications.
Event Support: Provide logistical support for admissions events, including open houses, information sessions, and other recruitment activities. This may include setup, registration, and material preparation.
Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies, process mail, maintain organized filing systems (both physical and electronic), and handle other administrative duties as assigned.

Demonstrate a welcoming and helpful demeanor at all times.
Work collaboratively with all members of the Admissions team to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Enrollment and Financial Assistance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
A minimum of one (1) year of administrative support experience, preferably in an educational or customer service setting
Proficiency with computers and technology: Word, Excel, Gmail required
Experience with database management systems (e.g., Finalsite, Clarity, Ravenna, Blackbaud, Calendly or comparable) preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior customer service skills and a positive, friendly demeanor
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Demonstrated ability to use discretion and manage confidential information
A collaborative work style and team orientation
Compensation:
$45,000-$50,000. Francis W.
