 Qualifications 
 
 Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Music, Education, or a related field (Master&#8217;s preferred) 
 Minimum of 3 years teaching experience preferred 
 Strong understanding of music pedagogy and child development 
 Ability to connect with students and create a positive, engaging classroom culture 
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
 Comfort using Google Suite and classroom technology 
 A commitment to working in a diverse and inclusive school community
