Shalom Christian Academy is seeking a Head of School Administration. This growing PreK - 12 school was established in 1976. Located in south central Pennsylvania, it has an enrollment of 650+ students. The school carries out its mission around its Anabaptist perspective using the core values of servanthood, community and academics. 

The Head of School Administration serves as a key member of the school leadership team, overseeing all non-academic operational functions of the school including finance, human resources, facilities management, and development. This position ensures the efficient administrative foundation that supports the school's educational mission and strategic goals.

This individual shares the lead role with the Head of School Education.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Educational Leadership, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in administrative or operational leadership
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
• Demonstrated success in human resource management
• Experience with facilities oversight and capital planning
• Knowledge of fundraising and development practices
• Excellent organizational and project management skills

Preferred

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Educational Leadership, or related field
• Previous experience in educational institution administration
• Certification in school business management
• Background in nonprofit management
• Experience with construction or renovation projects
• Knowledge of educational funding models and regulations
