Administrative Assistant to Fine Arts
Houston Christian, is accepting applications forAdministrative Assistant to Fine Arts. This position performs administrative duties and manages logistics for the Performing and Visual Arts Department. This is a part-time, non-exempt position requiring 20 hours per week during the academic school year and reports to the Fine Arts Director. This position is open to be filled immediately.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of the fine arts including music, theatre and visual arts is beneficial.
Knowledge of website management, experience with Blackbaud is beneficial.
A high level of integrity, diplomacy, and initiative.
Excellent written, verbal, visual and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
Flexibility, sense of humor, and a willingness to perform administrative tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
Proficient in basic technology applications, specifically Google Apps knowledge (i.e.
Google Drive, Google Docs, Gmail).
Represent the school in a positive light.
