Lakehill Preparatory School seeks a full-time Assistant Athletic Director for the 2026-27 school year, working closely with our student-athletes to promote Warrior athletics. We are interested in an individual who can ideally teach Lower School Physical Education and support our student-athletes in a coaching capacity in some fashion.

Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, or another related discipline.
Demonstrated interest in, commitment to, and ability to work with Lower School students in the Physical Education setting, building an intentional scope and sequence of curriculum that develops foundational movement skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a lifelong appreciation for health and wellness.
Differentiate instruction to meet the physical needs of all students
Establish a supportive learning environment that meets the social-emotional needs of all students
Collaborate with the Athletic Director to provide support to both the middle school and high school level programs, taking a leadership role with the middle school athletics program
Evaluate program opportunities, participation trends, and competitive opportunities to support the growth of the program
Promote multi-sport participation and a program that prioritizes building skills, confidence, and long-term athletic growth.
