The Enrollment Management Office Manager at St. Anne’s-Belfield School is the connective thread between welcoming new families and powering the school’s enrollment management data systems.
As the first official contact many prospective families will have with the School, the person in this role stewards this relationship with care, ensuring every detail is accurate from the start. In addition to managing admissions workflows, reporting, and maintaining the database, the Office Manager collaborates closely with their Enrollment Management team members, student tour guides, faculty, and parent volunteers to ensure information is flowing and every visitor feels seen and supported. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and energized by a high variety of work with quick pivots.
This is a 12 month position that is generally Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required. The expected start date for this position is August 1, 2025.

Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Associate Head of School and a central member of the Enrollment Management Team, the Office Manager ensures smooth day-to-day operations, fosters meaningful connections with prospective families, and maintains accurate data systems.
Serve as a welcoming first point of contact: communicate with families by phone, email, and in person, guiding them through each step of the admission process.
Manage the admissions calendar: coordinate student and parent/guardian visits, schedule interviews, track event attendance, and ensure all details are up to date and shared with relevant stakeholders.
Oversee critical database operations in Veracross: ensure accuracy from inquiry through new enrollment and re-enrollment, update applicant records and family information, support reporting, and maintain data integrity across systems.
Support events: coordinate logistics for campus visits, admissions events, and re-enrollment processes, including materials, signage, supplies, and communications.
Collaborate across divisions: work closely with student ambassadors, faculty, and administrative teams to ensure an organized and thoughtful experience for prospective and current families.
Assist with office and team needs: supporting the Associate Head of School, organize entrance testing, process invoices, manage supplies, and prepare materials for meetings and reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required
5 – 8 years of prior database operations, administrative, or customer service or sales experience required in a busy environment and competitive market. Previous experience in admission or independent schools a plus
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team and respond with flexibility to changing situations and demands
Experience with database management is strongly preferred, such as Veracross
Proficiency in another language is also preferred
Proficiency using common computer applications: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Publisher, Google applications, (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.). Required training and experience in these areas will be provided as needed
