Salisbury School seeks a part-time Spanish instructor and tutor to begin late summer of 2025.

Core qualifications include a demonstrated commitment to building productive and meaningful professional relationships with students. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and be able to demonstrate a growth mindset and an interest in joining a residential community that serves a diverse student body. 

Assignments and Benefits:

• Teaching two higher level Spanish classes. Each class meets four times a workweek-Monday through Saturday- in a rotating block schedule. Class blocks vary in length between 45-60 minutes. 

• Part time tutor in the Rudd Learning Center. This involves one on one work with students that need extra support, particularly in Spanish.  

• Faculty and other professional meetings that consist of 1-3 hours a week in an intermittent schedule.

• This position includes access to the school’s dining hall, use of school facilities, and professional development opportunities.
